Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Made-to-Order Items

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Dyin Breed products are made-to-order, with production taking 7–10 business days before dispatch.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (tracking may take 24–48 hours to update).

 

Shipping Options

  • Tracked 48 (2–3 days) – £4.99
  • Next Day Delivery – £6.49
  • Free shipping on orders over £50

Please note: Delivery times start after your order has been processed and produced. Shipping times may occasionally be delayed during peak periods, holidays or due to carriers, weather, or customs.

 

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally, but delivery times may vary due to customs.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for overseas orders.
  • Express shipping may be limited outside the UK.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

    If your package appears delayed or lost:

    • Please contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date tracking information.

    • You may also contact us, and we will assist by opening an investigation with the carrier and ensuring you receive your order or an appropriate remedy.

     

    Damaged or Missing Items

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if items are damaged or missing. Include photos of the packaging and product for faster assistance.

     

    Replacement Window

    • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • We do not cover return shipping for non-damaged items.

     

    Tracking Updates

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
