Business Status: Dyin Breed operates as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the sole trader operating Dyin Breed.

By accessing or using this website, purchasing products, or using services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Refund and Shipping Policies and Privacy Policy.

 

SECTION 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  • If you do not agree, you must not access the website or purchase products.
  • These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

 

SECTION 2 – AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this site and purchase products.

 

SECTION 3 – MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

  • All products are made-to-order; production typically takes 7-10 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier, and the estimated delivery period begins from the dispatch date, not the order date.
  • Change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are not available, except where required by statutory rights (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period).

 

SECTION 4 – ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • You must provide accurate and complete account and payment information.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
  • Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays beyond our control (see Force Majeure).

 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, AND DELIVERY

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is handed to the shipping carrier.
  • Tracked orders and tracking links will be provided; updates may take 24–48 hours.
  • Dyin Breed is not liable for packages lost or delayed by carriers. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly. We will provide assistance where possible, but ultimate responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
  • For damaged or missing items, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

SECTION 6 – FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

  • Customers must report transit damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Defects, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original packaging, except where defect/damage is present.
  • We will provide return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection, in line with UK, EU, or US statutory rights.

 

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, logos, and branding on this website are owned by Dyin Breed and protected under UK copyright and common law trademark rights.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

 

SECTION 8 – LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

  • The website and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • To the extent permitted by law, Dyin Breed’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business.

  • Dyin Breed is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.

  • We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or actions.
