It has been a few days since I placed my order and have only received an order confirmation.

Our dispatch processing time is 7-10 working days (not incl. weekends and public holidays) from the point of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification email within this period of time.

Please note that due to a seasonal increase in orders, dispatch times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience, and you will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

I have placed an order and would like to add/remove an item.

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, so we’re unable to make any changes once an order has been submitted. If you wish to add an item, please place a new order and include your original order reference number. Please note that if our warehouse has already begun processing your order, we may not be able to cancel it.

Customs Charges?

All orders are shipped from the UK. Dyin Breed are in no way involved in the request of any customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country.

These charges vary and are responsible to be paid by the recipient.
